4 Week Diet & Training Programme
So seeing as though you’re here, you probably want to know what you get for £50? WELL you’ll be pleased to know you’re in good hands. Over the 4 weeks you will transform your body and walk away with priceless knowledge that you will keep forever. I will provide you with a full in depth, bespoke Diet plan which includes a full macro breakdown, supplement advice, meal by meal calorie breakdown and meal options/alternatives so you don’t get bored!
You also get a fully detailed training plan which includes reps, sets, time under tension ratios and progressive overload all of which is explained in detail so you fully understand what each individual thing means🏋🏽♂️
Now to ensure that I perfect the diet and training plan you will be required to fill out a short questionnaire as soon as you sign up so I can find out things like your food dislikes, injuries, what time you wake up and go to bed, age, weight, height etc etc etc in order for me to get the plans bang on right from the get go so we’re not wasting any time faffing around at the start, which will ensure we get results as quickly as possible!
I will also do a weekly check in with you to enable me to make the correct adjustments to your diet and training plan. This means manipulating your macros and total calories based off things like hunger, fatigue and just generally how you’re feeling with it all from the past week to make sure you carry on getting the best results possible and not plateau!
In addition to all of this you will get my full 24hour support so my phone will always be open to you whether that’s a WhatsApp message, email, a question or you just need a little boost in motivation and a kick up the arse, I will respond as quickly as I can and be the best possible coach I can be! The rest is down to you as the plans only work if you do, so the harder you work the better your results will be🙌🏾

PLEASE NOTE: The challenges will run on a monthly basis starting the 1st of every month unless stated otherwise and end on the 28th of each month (announcements will be made on Instagram @joshmair96). You’ll be pleased to know the individual who has made the best “Transformation” over the time period will win the cash prize and not simply the person who looks the best, so everyone is in with a chance of winning. It all comes down to how hard you are willing to work! You can sign up for the following months Challenge at any time.
